How it works

1Upload your invoices
a photo or a PDF
2AI auto-organises your invoice
item, pack size and price; you check any it isn't sure of
3See what went up or down
by how much a kg, a case or each, and which dishes it hits

Every price change, in one list

Each item against your last invoice for it. A smaller pack at the same price shows as a rise too, because Telvo works out the price per kg or each.

What to do when a supplier puts prices up

Telvo never changes your prices or your orders. You decide.

Check the line

Compare the price and the pack size with your last invoice for the same item. A pack that got smaller is a price rise.

Ask the supplier

Call with both invoices in front of you: the old price, the new one and the dates. Every price in Telvo is kept with its date.

Compare suppliers

Price the same item from another supplier, per kg or each, so you compare like with like.

How to check if your supplier has raised their prices, step by step →

Before you ask

How do I know if my supplier has put prices up?

Compare each line with the same item on your last invoice from that supplier: the price and the pack size. Telvo does it for every invoice you upload and marks each change ▲ or ▼, with the old and new price.

Does it work with my supplier's invoices?

Yes. Take a photo or upload a PDF, from any supplier. We've seen it read invoices from Booker and Brakes.

Do I need to type anything in?

No. Telvo reads the item, pack size and price off the invoice. If it isn't sure of a line, it asks you, for example how many are in a box.

What does it cost?
