Before you ask

What happens after the free month?

If you've added a card, your first paid month starts when the 30 days end. If you haven't, there is nothing to cancel: the account locks, and we keep your records for 12 months.

Do I need a card?

No. No card is taken at signup.

Can I cancel?

Yes, whenever you want. It stops at the end of the month you've paid for. No notice period and no cancellation fee.

I have more than one site.

Each site is £59 a month, paid monthly in advance.

Is there a contract?

Monthly rolling, cancel any time, no minimum term and no long contract.

Is setup really free?

Yes. Setup is included. Send your menu, recipes and invoices, and we set it up.
